It can be hard to please all ages but here at McKinlay Kidd we love the challenge.
Because we can tailor-make any of our holidays, we are able to add an extra night’s stay on the beach for more bucket and spade fun, recommend family-friendly cafes and restaurants and point you to absorbing places of interest for everyone. For instance, the UNESCO World Heritage Site on Orkney truly brings history lessons to life, and there are exciting new archaeological discoveries every year too. Our Mull wildlife holidays (most suitable for children aged 8+) offer a wonderful opportunity to spot eagles and otters in their natural habitats, and include boat trips to find seals, porpoise and perhaps Minke whales and basking sharks. And what child, or adult, wouldn’t enjoy a trip on the steam train made famous in the Harry Potter movies on the West Highland Line? Simple thrills such as watching the ferry getting closer to land and arriving in port, climbing a lighthouse, skimming stones across the sea or making sand art on deserted beaches appeals to the child in all of us.
We’d be delighted to organise a holiday that your whole family will love.
