Enjoy breakfast this morning before you’re met by your chauffeur, then set off on the short journey south to Co Wicklow.  And what a surprise is in store. Who knew Ireland is on the list of wine-producing nations? At this family-owned winery, you’ll meet the passionate and engaging maker, delivering a private tour of the winery, and hear the remarkable story of how Irish fruits and berries were harnessed to produce their delicious wines. There will, of course, be tastings.

Later, continue south along the coast of Co Wexford and Co Waterford to rural east Co Cork and your base for the next two nights.

Then, follow the Wild Atlantic Way north via the rugged beauty of Spanish Point — named after the ill-fated Spanish Armada wreck of 1588 — then on through the delightful towns of Milltown Malbay and Lahinch.

Soon, the dramatic Cliffs of Moher come into view. Take your time exploring the cliffside paths, where the raw power of the Atlantic surges below and endless ocean views stretch to the horizon.
