Value for Money Guarantee

We continue to offer our McKinlay Kidd value for money guarantee on all bookings. All our holiday prices include a service charge of £9 per person per night towards the costs we incur in researching, planning and designing your holiday. We guarantee to refund this service charge if you believe that arranging your holiday through McKinlay Kidd has not met your expectations for value. All we ask is that you write to us within seven days of your return and explain your reason for claiming the refund. This will ensure that we can improve the experience for all our future guests.

Financial Protection

McKinlay Kidd is a bonded tour operator – your holiday and money are fully protected in line with prevailing legislation.

Reassurance

McKinlay Kidd was established in 2003 and is run by an experienced, talented, and professional team under Managing Director Zoe Davidson. We know just how important your holiday is to you and we commit to attention to detail throughout. We’ll ensure you have a personal contact in the team, but you’ll also find that everyone who picks up the phone is equally prepared to help.

Changes to Bookings

For bookings moving by more than a year from the original departure date, we will have to apply increases in-line with our costs and will advise you of this as far in advance as possible, at least eight weeks prior to departure. If it is not possible for us to rearrange the trip or if you do not accept the alternative we offer, we will provide you with a cancellation invoice in accordance with our terms and conditions for you to make a travel insurance claim.
