We’ll ensure you have a personal contact in the team, but you’ll also find that everyone who picks up the phone is equally prepared to help. There’s only a dozen or so of us, so you won’t get lost in an impersonal call centre. Our office is open from Monday – Saturday during standard UK office hours. If you need some assistance outwith these times, we can easily arrange an evening or weekend call to discuss your plans. Just let us know what time suits you best.
If you need us to keep things secret – for a surprise birthday treat, or even a proposal – no problem. Because we offer a very personal and tailored service, we can accommodate and plan around many different requirements, so just let us know and we’ll suggest the best options for you. We can advise concerning accessibility or dietary matters, we’ll let you know if luggage space or weight is limited and we know the important little details, such as places to stay which welcome dogs.
