The Promoter

Who can participate

You must be an existing customer of McKinlay Kidd, who has received the email offer in April 2024.

How to take part

1. You can refer one friend, who will be considered the lead passenger when booking.

2. The referred friend must book a McKinlay Kidd 2024 small group guided tour by the deadline date of  31^st May 2024 to qualify for this incentive.

3. The referred friend must quote the below referral code at time of booking:

‘Refer a Friend 2024’ followed by the name and email address of the person that has referred you.

– Booking via our website: Add the code ‘Refer a Friend 2024’ followed by the full name and email address of who referred you, in the ‘Further details’ field on our online form.

– Booking via email: Add the code ‘Refer a Friend 2024’ followed by the full name and email address of who referred you, at the end of your email.

– Booking via phone: Please ensure you let the sales representative know at time of calling and provide the code ‘Refer a Friend 2024’ followed by the full name and email address of who referred you.

The Incentive

1. If you are the referred friend, you will receive a £200 discount on the website price. This offer can only be used for new bookings on a McKinlay Kidd small group tour with scheduled departures in 2024, that still have available places. The close date for booking to qualify for this discount is 31^st May. The booking is confirmed on payment of 25% deposit or the full amount if within eight weeks of departure.

2. If you are the person making the referral, you will receive a £200 ‘thank you reward’ if the person you refer books by the deadline. This will become valid once the friend departs on their 2024 tour. The £200 reward may only be used for newly-booked trips which can be either McKinlay Kidd small group tours or website holidays with a minimum booking value of £2,000. This applies to trips taken during 2025 or 2026, latest departing 31 October 2026. It is your responsibility to ensure that your referred friend provides your name and email address when booking before 31^st May 2024 so that McKinlay Kidd have your reward on record.

Qualifying Purchases

1. You must book directly through the McKinlay Kidd website, via our email or over the phone. You will not be eligible for this incentive if you book through a third-party website or agent. Once the trip is booked and deposit paid, normal McKinlay Kidd booking terms and conditions apply. All trips are subject to availability.

2. Only one £200 reward can be used per booking, based on either single or double occupancy or multiple places/rooms.
