The 2023 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
The 2023 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo will take place over the period 4th to 26th August with performances on Monday to Friday at 9.00pm, and on Saturday at 6.15 pm and 9.30pm. There is no performance on Sundays.
The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is set to return to its home on the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade brighter and bolder than ever before in 2023. Under a new brand ethos Performance in a New Light, the Tattoo signals its commitment to delivering the best entertainment experience and inspired brand vision going forward. With a unique ability, through its performers, music and setting, to evoke the emotions and stir the senses like nothing else, the Tattoo will wow audiences once again. You will have the chance to experience the exceptional mix of military precision, awe inspiring dance and sparkling musical entertainment, intertwined with state of the art projection, lighting and exciting creative elements

Your Hotel
You will stay in a boutique, country-style four star small hotel close to Holyrood Park, to the south of the centre of this captivating city. Here you will enjoy Victorian grandeur and elegance – with all the benefits of modern day service, comfort and Scottish hospitality. Built in 1874 and magnificently restored your hotel offers a charming warm and friendly atmosphere and the perfect retreat for a short break. The city centre is easily accessed by local bus or short taxi ride.
For the evening of the Tattoo you will enjoy private transfers to and from the venue.
Location
This short break to the 2023 Tattoo is based in Edinburgh, which can be easily reached by train or plane from elsewhere in the UK. A car is not necessary to explore the city during your stay.

This holiday is available to book for August 2023.
Priced at £545 per person based on 2 people sharing double or twin room ensuite, for 3 nights as described on a bed & breakfast basis in our hand-picked 4 star hotel. Price includes a ticket for an East Stand seat for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. To make your evening more comfortable we also include private transfers from your hotel to and from the venue.
