Or if the choice is too difficult, simply ask us to provide you with a tailor-made combination!
Our exclusive short break provides a heady combination of a fabulous driving experience in a stylish, yet discrete, Ferrari 360 Spider and unforgettable accommodation in your choice of historic castle.
The 360 Spider is Ferrari’s 20th road-going convertible and is a record breaker in two quite different ways. Without doubt it is the best spider Maranello has ever produced in terms of engineering, looks and performance. And, thanks to the exclusive experience Ferrari has accumulated as a Formula 1 constructor, it is the most technologically advanced convertible available today. Despite the car’s mid-mounted V8 engine, Ferrari’s engineers have found a way of creating a hood that folds away at the touch of a button inside the engine bay, ensuring a beautiful, sleek appearance.
We will recommend routes so that you can enjoy the magnificent grandeur of the scenery and the sweeping open roads of the Highlands, whichever castle option you select.
Your accommodation choices are as follows:
Completely modernised with no expense spared, your stay here will be a luxurious, bordering on decadent, castle experience.
This 19th century baronial manor has been brought bang up-to-date yet still managed to retain its essential ‘Scottishness’. With eye-popping views across the loch and the village of Pitlochry just a short stroll across the bridge, the location is ideal too.
Half of the 26 sumptuous rooms are in the old castle and the other half are to be found in the attached new wing and come complete with balcony or terrace. There is an amazing Penthouse Suite at the top of the castle, ideal for a very special occasion.
As you would expect, much attention has been paid to the food and guests can choose from fine dining and fabulous views in the restaurant or a more relaxed ambience in the brasserie. Either way, the Residents Lounge, with its wide selection of Gin and Malts, is the picture perfect place to end the evening.
Nestled among quintessential Scottish scenery of mountains, lochs and glens close to Ben Nevis, Inverlochy is the ultimate luxury experience. Immaculate attention to detail and fine furnishings, many gifted from the King of Norway, allow you to settle quickly in to living like royalty throughout your stay.
A refined atmosphere pervades throughout, reflected in the jacket and tie dress code for gentlemen at dinner. A menu carefully combining the finest seasonal and local produce awaits you on both evenings, deservedly earning a Michelin star and AA 3 Red Rosettes.
The West Highlands are on your doorstep, including brooding Glencoe and mysterious Loch Ness, or get off the beaten track and head into the wilder, remote peninsula of Ardnamurchan or seek out the beautiful beach at Camus Darroch, famous as the setting of the iconic film, Local Hero.
The Ferrari is collected in Edinburgh, and you can combine it with a two night stay in your choice of castle hotels as described.
